Who we are

We are a Scandinavian bakery, passionate about sourdough bread and traditional Swedish baking. Our coffee is roasted to our own recipe with notes of caramel and chocolate and pairs beautifully with our signature Swedish cardamom bun for a classic Swedish Fika.

Our 7 coffee shops in Edinburgh and 2 in London are open all day for coffee, buns, cake and a wide selection of breakfast, brunch and lunch options including filled sourdough baguettes, toasties and open sandwiches. Our East Dulwich and Edinburgh Pavilion coffee shops also serve our famous Swedish meatball brunch,
Scandi style waffles and sourdough pizza!

Celebrate Scandinavian-style! Our warm, welcoming cafés are available for private hire – ideal for work gatherings and meetings, birthdays or festive get-togethers, with bespoke food and drink packages.

Event Catering

We offer catering for events, offices and special occasions, with a flexible menu of sweet and savoury options – from traditional Swedish buns and cakes to cookies, open sandwiches, savoury platters and freshly brewed coffee. Whatever you need, we’ll work with you to create the perfect spread.
